First I must say that this game is really an amazing experience. Can't wait for more content. However what makes it less enjoyable for me is there are quite some performance issues. I am running on a i5 4590 with 8 GB Ram and a GTX 970. Is this configuration not sufficient?...

So, everything works fine, until I break a rock. The game lags intensively, switching constantly back and forth to the SteamVR "hub" and then to the game.
