Achievements bugged?
I've completed all of the yellow and blue puzzles, but I only have the achievements for reaching the end of those worlds, not for completing all of their puzzles.

In addition, both achievements seem to be counted as the "Little Yellow" achievement in the global stats. (This doesn't appear to be the case anymore; maybe it just had to update.)
