Yes; the point of the Steam version is to bring all the extra features that I can't afford to work on in my free time, so it'll be sold for a price to fund that extra development. The price will depend on the number of features that are added, so it won't be known until further into the future, but I'm looking to keep the price fairly low. The web version will always be free and will continue to get updates, it just won't get all the extra content and features that the Steam version gets.
