Nightmare Mode

So...it has happened thrice already that I finish nightmare mode capturing 4 doppelgangers and only letting tenants enter and still, I fail to pass the nightmare mode.
On the left "0 doppelgangers entered" on the right "Yorg entered, he had different eyebrows" -... wth.
Is it me who's not understanding the concept of nightmare mode?

That's odd considering I was killed as soon as I let a doppelganger in.

Finish campaign mode once when it unlocks after doing the tutorial

That Yog with different eyebrows was a doppel. When you let a doppel enter, you get killed asap.

The thing about Nightmare Mode is that you have to be as meticulous as possible aka do a perfect run.
