How do i solve this?

I opened the game today after a few weeks and the screen was filled with green stripes and the colors were distorted, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/VtgYypV.png
I tried updating graphics drivers, reinstalling the game, rebooting and tweaking the game configs, to no avail. What could be causing this?

It seems that disabling the OpenGL mode worked (in the general graphics settings then "apply changes", or via '-o0' commandline option).
