Age Rating missing - Game no longer accessible in Germany

The developer needs to add an age rating to this game so it can be accessible in germany again.
Steam is annoying because even if you had the game before and removed it from your account (even if you purchased it before), you can no longer re-aquire it even if you had played it and had achievements unlocked before since it is now a free game so if you remove/uninstall that now it counts as completely gone and since that germany age thing is needed you won't even be able to get the game again (even if you paid for it before) since it is now a free game and free games can not really be added back to your account once you throw them out.
So Steam basically took away something i paid for long before just because that age rating.

I already tried to somehow force aquire the game by recreating the game's acf file and restarted Steam in hopes it somehow gives me the game (because i had it long before).
This indeed gave me the game to my Steam account but i have no permissions to even boot the game because of that annoying age restriction thing the game needs.

I wish the developer is able to add an age rating to this game so i can play this game again because it has something nostalgic and is still sometimes fun to play.
