I'd have to agree here, why is steam allowing short films and docs for sale? I can understand the DotA one since it was free, but paid video has no place in the Steam platform, it will only make it more muddled.

You guys are nuts. This isn't the first time a video game docu has been distributed on Steam. Steam is evolving into an entertainment platform. Not just for games. There's *GASP* software for sale on Steam now too. Lots of it isn't even game related software.... OH NO! END OF THE WORLD! :claugh:

Oh, I agree with you on that point for sure. Music, Video, Games, Software. Definitely should have their own tabs.

I came to steam to watch "documentaries" and lose brain cells... wait...

Actually it seems to be working, both of it.

QFT! I'm laughing at the caveman mentality of these guys. A movie is on Steam's front page? Get the pitchforks! Get the torches!

Man, this movie is a wonderful way-back machine to the games I played growing up. I have no problem with Steam putting these kinds of movies on here. The more the better! Apparently these idiots don't know how to, I don't know, "ignore" content they don't want to see. I bet they get distracted very easily, probably detrimentally so.
