Open the ".info" file of ur map with notepad and replace "Eastern_Front" or "RelicCoH" by "Europe_At_War".

Save and open the map

ok i must still be doing it wrong even after i change the .info it has no effect on the map editor also i dont have ebps/gameplay/starting_position...(germany/holland/ardennes/africa/italy/scheldt) but rather ebps/gameplay/starting_position...2-6, holland 7, holland 8.

just an example:
HeaderInfo =
{
scenarioname = "[EaW-N] Omaha (4)",
scenariodescription = "$18010396",
maxplayers = 4,
date = "01/03/2016 13:25",
scenarioabbrname = "D-Day",
savedname = "",
version = 2004,
mapsize =
{
512,
128,
},
music = "",
scenariotype = 2,
modname = "Europe_At_War",
}

This is the .info file. Then open the map in WB to edit.

even after changeing the .info the units and starting pos remain the same. :steamsad: also note that if i republish the map it "corrects" it back to "RelicCOH"

open your pipeline.ini file (into CoH directory) and add this:

[project:Europe_At_War]
Global=0
Parent=bia_engine
Description=Europe_At_War.module
DataSource=DataSrc\Europe_At_War
DataSourceShared=
DataIntermediate=IntDataSrc\Europe_At_War
DataGeneric=DataGeneric\Europe_At_War
DataBurn=
DataFinal=Europe_At_War\Data
DataPreview=Engine\Data
LocaleFolder=Europe_At_War\Locale\English
