The map pack is split into 4 catagories, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4. Each catagory has at least 150 maps and if you'd like to download all of them at once 2 complete pack downloads are available as well in the form of a torrent and a zip, I'd advise you to use the zip as the torrent is lacking in seed sadly and I have no idea why one is 4 gigs while the other is 3,7.
After downloading it just place all of the maps in .sga format in My Documents/my games/Company of Heroes relaunch/ww2/scenarios
Alternatively you could put all of the maps in: (WhateverYourDriveAndFolderIs)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\Europe_At_War\Archives If you don't have the spare space in C, as am I currently. The game basically just reads all of the .sga files there so don't worry about it.
The maps are universal, meaning any CoH game or mod can run it so don't worry about wasting 4 gigs of space on your C drive just so you can play a few more maps in a mod.
The map pack is not made by me, I did not make any of the maps or upload it/them to the site, just giving credit where credit is due but I sadly don't know who made it or uploaded it either.

Excluding Europe at War, there is also the Great War mod which is also here, on Steam and you don't need to download from the ModDB page.
I'm one of the guys that run the server that the maps are hosted on and I just wanted to let you know that in the near future we're shutting that server down and switching to new hardware and a new domain as the current server is literally hosted from someone's bedroom right now (old relic from our time at the university).
So the links to the maps will be, hopefully just temporarly, unavailable from that source.
Anyone should feel free to re-upload them elsewhere and spread them as long as the mappers get their credit.
In the meantime, the torrent is still alive even though the amount of seeds aren't spectacular (shifting between 15 to 50 depending on time of day) it should get you the pack later rather than not at all. It's 4 years old by now so I'm happy people are still seeding it as it is.
Once the new server is up, hopefully with the maps, I can post new links here if people still care to get them via direct download. Otherwise just download via the torrent (patience, padawan) and help seeding would really be appriciated!
Also, I remember the reason there is a size difference in the full packs (3.7gb for .rar versus 4gb for torrent) is because the files you get in the torrent aren't compressed into a .rar file. That's because I wanted people to be able to choose what maps from the pack they wanted to download instead of having to get the entire pack if they didn't want it.
Unfortunately, it resulted in a slightly larger filesize.

Hello and a massive thank you for providing the download links! Sadly I'm on wireless internet so I'm not able to run utorrent 24/7 to help seed it. But I'm thinking of getting the pack on one of my cloud accounts so hopefully everything will be alright.
Speaking of credits to modders, uhhh, I don't really know who made the maps or the pack so can I request the pack be updated with a few more maps or something? I mean, if you're the original creator of course that is, and hopefully nobody says we're stealing as the maps are a hell of a lot to credit all of them to their rightful creators.

I understand that hosting 4gb of files on their home computer isn't something that everyone is able tp do so I don't hold anything against anyone for not doing so.
Adding maps shouldn't be a problem for the .rar files but the torrent might be a problem. I'll look in to maybe setting something up that might work once the new server is up. But if you stumble over some way to do it efficiently (and maybe continue to add to it in the future) then go for it!
The pack is essentially a collection of random maps me and friends gathered up years ago, many from a site called "The New Terror". Where they got the maps from, I don't know. When they removed all the maps from their site all we did was pool the maps into one big pack, converted some older maps from .sgb format to .sga so that one could just throw the maps into a folder and have them instantly work. We really didn't do that much other than wrapping them up in a nice package so we need no credit.
I've just been careful to say that the maps are made by many mappers and that all credit goes to them and so far no one seemed to have objected. Often the creator's name is in the description when you choose maps and that seems enough.
Alright, thank you once again, and the maps are really good choices, the only other place I can think of good map downloads is Planet CoH or something like that, sadly Relic can't be bothered with providing a workshop for this game so it's a hell of a lot easier to add maps and mods, sadly...
I will try to keep the seed up as best as possible but I'm not promising anything, this is just until I get the file on a cloud, keep that in mind. Any seed is greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah and I forgot, I'll update the topic once the folders are done uploading, like I said I've started with the 4v4 ones and will move down the ladder, hope you can be parient.
Edit: All of the maps have been uploaded as promised, sadly MediaFire doesn't allow folders with over 300 files in them so I had to link the separate downloads, have fun.
Some of them are good but most of them are very unbalanced and low quality and even fewer still actually have previews of the maps before you jump into the battle.
Would not reccommend for PVP, it's alright for comp stomping though.
Then you have to change (or you used to) the path in the Europe_of_War module file "ScenarioPackFolder = ww2\Scenarios"
This way you can use the maps in Vanilla, Europe at War or any mod without having double copies of maps taking up hd space
