Has anyone found a certificate?

You get tickets from playing Suite 69 in the arcade. I'm guessing Yukari means you need to keep buying the 30 ticket prize that respawns until you get a certificate?

if you start facing the arcade machine, turn 180 degrees and follow the arrows on the wall to the prices section. you have to stand in front of the desk and look at the round things that are all standing at a high altitude, and press E to interact. it'll be pulled towards you and a lever appears on the left. pull it to use your tickets.
the one on furthest right is the one that has a random item including the certificates. the two on the left are extra vhs scenes with bonfie, and the one 2nd from right is the key to use the backdoor in the bowling alley

Now my question is, how many times did u tried? I've been trying it like 20 times and cannot get a certificate

i got my first one on the... think it was 4/5th try, put it in the storage container and went for one more since i need two for the packages... but once i was back it had bugged out and turned into an empty item that sold for 0 bucks. so i had to find two more and i found one more right as i ran out of tickets.. and then the game bugged out again with the packages and didn't delete the certificate once i started turning those in so i got all of them done after over 400 tickets total

because it's a random item, and that there's a chance/bug that you'll get unlucky and have an empty reward, i'd say it's roughly 1 in 19-ish chance to get a certificate
