Half of you won't even get into the game, so just switch to clan.
It actually got worse while i was writing, it's 3/25. Clan is also fun.

BTW i also love that you can wait for a while and then not get into a game as a bunch of units descend onto the queue, thus making you just waste your time as you will never play factions.

clans used to be fun, too many added weapons, too much nonsense. apgauss, magshot, charged gauss, etc. Game was best like... 6 years ago? Something like that, before the new skill trees.

Even the new maps that are the "best" are just re-released old maps. HPG is ruined, it's a large sniper nest map now, etc. Faction warfare includes quickplay maps and a lack of objectives, the list is silly long.

I play this game in toleration.

It was last month's event.

Once a month they have events to acquire a mech or two. Sometimes even more than two. They also do mech sales for half off. The half off also includes the C-bill price. C-bills are in-game non-premium currency.

Faction queue requires you to have 4 mechs of the side that you want to join, theres also tonnage limits. So to join clan in factions wars you do need 4 clan mechs.

I don't think that trial mechs work, you can see faction play next to quickplay, it's a longer (and less played) format where its still 12v12 but everyone has 4 mercs, you get reputation for it and reputation gives you a bunch of goodies.

Clans are so superior, they are very obviously nerfed in the game. it's not like you can say "Hey we give clan mechs advantage in all stats, but their players MUST obey zellbrigen" and expect it to work out somehow.

Just hire a team of moderators who will ban you for not obeying zellbrigen.
