For all the haters and white knights and etc etc that are slap-fighting all over these boards, it's worth saying that EmP puts a lot of work into trying to help new players (or old time players) suck less at this game. They also suck less at MW:O than pretty much everyone else, which is worth its own respect.

Church of Skill deserves honorable mention as well. If you're going to be a new player it's worth attending Mass, though I understand 'taking communion' really never stops getting awkward.

At first I thought this post was satire, but it's blatantly obvious the OP actually sees himself as a superior to everyone here. Kind of scary.

In terms of MWO? Absolutely. Just like in every FPS, there is a quantifiable metric of skill, and it's measured by success in competitive play. EmP and it's members have had far more success than any team or other individual players than anyone else in the game. Are other people capable of beating us? Absolutely. As it stands, though, we are definitely a better team filled with better individual pilots, and that stands to be challenged.

Psychological issues are determined by actual psychologists, not a rando person sitting behind a computer with a serious lack of valid support for their argument or claim. Now, I'm no psychologist, but your willingness to diagnose something with a psychological issue is pretty sociopathic and unproductive in general.

I'm as special as you make me. All I know is that I'm one of the best players on one of the best teams, and when people want to learn how to play MWO they are more likely to seek me or my teammates out over 99.99% of the playerbase. I presented a record, and those who wish to challenge it may try.

This is how you foster competition. You interpreting it as anything more than a challenge to those who want to step up against the #1 team in the game is nonsensical and quite literally lacks a goal. You mind as well not respond to my posts if you don't like the "advertisement" or attention you continue to give me yourself.

Heh, Stimraug challenged our lance to deal more damage put together than him in a recent game. Sure enough he did more dmg than any of us three, but we did do 500-600 more damage than him when put together.
