Question about Saving Loadouts...
So I just got into BattleTech and MechWarrior, and am loving it. I just bought a Centurion CN9-A as my first Mech (partially because of familiarity from playing the TT version of it).

After a few matches, I figured I would try to mess around and try tweaking it's loadout a bit, but wanted to save the "Stock" configuration I bought it in as a loadout option. When I went to save it, however, it wanted to save on my local drive.

Is there a way I can save it via the MechWarrior account so it can be used on different devices, as in a "cloud save"? Or does it have to have a dedicated file on my device?

AFAIK You should save it on your local drive. Any skill tree, mech loadout, even key binding and game option setting are on your local drive, so be warn when you upgrade your PC.

Awe man. So if I were to upgrade my PC, I would have to rebuild everything?

Would I be able to log in normally with my account info? And would all my owned mechs "transfer" over?

No, but you can copy the file between devices.
Or you can use Google Drive or a similar app to sync it between different devices.

Unless you copy the files from the old machine to the new.

Yes, your account, owned mechs and their current loadouts are stored on PGI's side.

Ah, Ok. I see how it works now.

Thanks for the help everybody! I really do appreciate the help. Well, time for me to start tinkering!

If you really care about stock loadouts https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/ mechdb has stock loadout button that gives you the store configuration
