Flea skill tree advice
So ive been doing some googling and asking and ive gotten really mixed advice.

Flea 20, 5 ml, masc, ecm, lff

Besides the requirements like speed tweak and laser duration, what other trees should i spec in?

Ive heard some people say max mobility, others say max armor

Someone told me to skip sensor tree as radar derp is useless on flea

I kind of want to take range, cooldown, and heat nodes

I honestly have no clue, any advice?

Speed tweak is mandatory, you live and die by your ability to GTFO.

The Flea doesn't get enough base armor to make the Survival tree really worthwhile

Whoever told you to skip sensors is plain wrong. Your ECM requires the Enhanced ECM skill nodes to be fully effective unless you're running in Stealth, and from there getting full radar derp is a 5-point investment that will synergize with your speed and ECM.

Take double arty strikes from the aux tree. As a stealthy light mech you'll often find yourself in position to drop one on a tightly bunched up group of enemies.

Heed Horseman's advice. Any spare points after that should go into firepower. Heatgen, laser duration and range. Double UAV can also be handy for only little investment.

ok cool, thats more or less what I'm building in. What about the rest of the mobility tree after max speed tweak? I think there are a handful of kinetic burst, anchor turn, and hard brake nodes i should get. worth sacrificing some nodes in cooldown and heat gen for that? Also what are your thoughts on grabbing seismic as well

Get all the speed tweaks and laser durations...besides that, it's up to you.

armor/speed and consumables.. the last put where you want.

Max out Survival (aside maybe from the side nodes, depending on other skills desired). Fairly standard 21 in Mobility, 10 in Sensors (plus one ECM node for the 20 variant), rest in Firepower with 9-11 in Operations if your variant has a lot of heat to handle.

There are a few ways to do Firepower. The "peace sign" is good when you want all 4 laser duration nodes, otherwise you might want to go down the sides instead for the extra heat gen nodes. When you have 5 or fewer lasers, you can skip Operations and heat gen nodes, and focus on cooldown nodes.
