Game wont launch after installing

Hey,
For some reason my Mechwarrior Online will not launch i keep getting a black screen once i try to run the game and it shuts down and forces me back to the desktop.

Anyone know whats going on?

My computer has all the neccesary requirements but it just doesnt want to launch, i even keep getting constant Errors while installing (disk read errors)

Anyone know of a quick fix? I just wanna get back in my catapult :(

So sense i cant launch the game i dont have a user account, renders the path given in the link useless for me since i also dont have any saved games yet, soo the Attribute.xml file does not exist already

What is your operating system? Do you have the DirectX 9 and 11 runtimes installed?

honestly, im getting pretty frustrated at this point, like I have gone through every spport page got so many guys to give me vague descriptions on what to do, im about to just give up. it shouldnt be this difficult to run this game but it apparently is. Every person who has tried to tell me to add remove files has been useless because those files dont exist when you cant make an account or even launch the game.
Why this game is so diffult to install i dont understand at all. probably had about 15 install errors while installing from steam. the standalone is no better but has a completely different list of problems.
Also why in the heck does steam have 10 webhelpers running in the background and like 4 bootstrappers? its literally killing my CPU, im about to uninstall steam overall due to the amount of issues its given me.

yes sir and im running a windows 10 home, and also id like to tell you i am but i dont know where to find the directx programs to know if they are running, i dont want to install programs i already have

Tried installing both directx versions, cant tell if it worked or not. cant find Directx in my programs or files. another program tried zipping them the moment i installed it probably screwed everything. cant follow any of these suggestions its just making it worse

Directx 11 and 9 dont work, infact cant even do an actual instal of them just gives me a Groove music link and a microsoft word promo.....

The redistributable packages should be in the game's install directory under _CommonRedist:

Directx 9c (Directx folder)
DotNet 4.0 (Dotnet folder)
and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (vcredist folder)

im some kind of computer retarded so where is the install directory?
do i have to uninstall the game again to get there? i have all the redists from steamworks and the default windows 10 redists.

Right-click the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files
After installing the three, make sure to reboot.

ohhhh so do i have to manually drag the programs (directx) into the the MWO local files?
And do i have to make a seperate folder for them withing the local files or in one of the existing folders?

No. Just having the redistributables on your PC doesn't make your system use them. You have to install them, not copy them anywhere else.

when i go to local files-> browse local files i cant find the common redist you mentioned so idk where im installing the directx
