These guys are surprisingly good with billing-related inquiries.
If you just want a break, then no, there's nothing that can be done.
When you win Premium Time, it activates automatically if you are logged in. Otherwise, it will activate when you log in next and it is deposited in your account.
If you have banked Premium Time, you can activate it in 30 day increments on the MWO website under your Profile page.
You cannot pause Premium Time.
So if you are taking a break you could try that.
