ATMs I run on two Omni-ACWs, pretty decent in combination with JJs and/or ecm.
The challenge, and part of my OCD, is to utilize all 9 hard points. I'm curious to everyone's 'Lock-On' builds, since it does have a Narc duration quirk of +15. And It's always fun to see other builds, even if only half the hard points are used.
NARC will counter the ECM on the mech it's attached to. Can be critically important sometimes.
