How to join unit?

You must receive an invitation from a member of an existing unit in order to join it. Not all members of a unit have the permissions to issue invitations and each invitation costs the unit a certain amount of C-bills to issue (depending on size of the unit).

Look to the recruitment forums, mention how often you play and what you prefer doing and look for a group that caters to your style.

If you want to join a Unit, you have to solicit an invitation from one. Depending on the size of the Unit, the cost to join can vary. My Unit is currently at about 8.5 million C-bills to join, although we usually pay for it ourselves instead of making the new recruit pay the sign up fee.

There are Recruitment forums on Steam and the official MWO website. I suggest you look them up and find one you like. My own Unit is a casual one, The Brethren Pirate Periphery Confederation [TBRN], as well as one of the oldest casual Units in the game. You're welcome to check us out at brethrenmwo.enjin.com.

Other good Units include the Aces Wild [AW], The Marine Mechs [MM], The Praetorian Legion [PL], The Grog Corps [GROG], and The Cadre [BOSS].
