Mech twitch n NO HUD

About fed up with this game! I am tired of losing fights because my mech goes into an epileptic fit! Twitching and jiving to the point i cant do anything but watch it get shot! And C don't work after a point. FIX THIS! Invasions. Half of my mechs are losing HUD! No Map, No weapon panel, No crosshairs to aim with, NOTHING! And pretty please with sugar on top. Let me sell that POS Urpanmech i got for the annual. I am stuck with this pos. I can,t sell it. And i want it GONE from my inventory! And don't be giving me this crap about vid card either. Game works fine. Just now and then. These issues happen! Payed several hundred dollars into this so far. Can we at least have a game that works for our money!? Ok, an update. Comp specs. ASUS M32 Series i7 with a 3.2 gig processor. 16 gig of ram. Radeon HD vid card. Razer deathstalker keyboard and an Adesso Trackball mouse. Logitech Sub and surround speaks. No aftermarket software beyond what was built in. Win 10 upgrade was the only major one. And that was done before i started playing mechwarrior. I have also noticed the Twitch seems to be confined to my smaller mechs. I don't have a problem with my King Crab OOOB(C) I don't have a problem with my Marauder 3. I do have a twitch problem with my Crab Flo. My Raven. And my Urbanmech. The hud issues are never with the first invasion drop. My King Crab. It varies among the following three. So my next dumb question. If i was having mouse issues, wouldnt it affect the mechs across the board? Not just certain types? I don't know, I just hope they can fix. And thank you everyone for your helpful suggestions! Twitch, the nose of the mech starts snapping from left to right. slightly at first, then rapidly growing to target box wide, then wider. Just lose any control of the mech at that point.

Clean your mousepad and/or mouse sensor.

That is pretty abnormal, indeed. Have you tried SHIFT+F11 to toggle hud on/off (IIRC only the right shift works for that toggle). Or powering off the mech and then back on?

For that matter, if you're encountering that bug often, can you try to record a video next time it happens? Would be helpful for the community bug tracker.

Powering down works very occasionally. Usually F7 for hud. I will try the Shift Fll and see if it works. I have a trackball mouse. Clean it @ Once a week. A possible tho. Considering getting a new one anyway. Thank you for pointers.

Yeah, we need some kind of visual example of the issues you're getting.

Also, why would you want to get rid of the free mech you got? It has a C-Bill earning bonus, and it came with its own bay, so you're not losing anything.

That Urbie is super fun to play, even unskilled. I have no idea why you'd want to get rid of it.

UNskilled. At least at these really small ones. Sigh. i guess i will load it up and try it out. But just getting dead is not very fun.

i use a trackball, after a time they can wear down and have issues. but, i've had this one for maybe 3 years now with no issues because i maintain it.


lets start from the top here though this so far has been a running in circles for tech support.

list your computers full specs, add it to the first post if you can, and include any peripherals and any software you might use extra.

like i have a razer chroma keyboard and for some things i use razer synapse (mostly for UAC fire macros) and my logitech mouse uses the Unifier software from logitech. that sort of extra software.

then we cna get to any roots of your problems.

and no im not tech support, i've just been through the process so many times i very well could qualify.

It has recently happened to me as well today(but just once so far). I was checking my ping by pressing the "Scoreboard" button(Tab). I got attacked, and then my HUD disappeared. I got out of trouble and behind cover....I pressed the Scoreboard button again and my HUD came back.

I use a Playstation2 controller, so I know i didn't accidently press F7...IDK, it was weird.

The spawning without HUD issue dates back to then, though it is fixed by turning your mech off and on again.

No, turning it off and on is not working. And it seems to be the second and fourth of the invasion DD. My Marauder 3 and my Urbanmech. This happens irregardless of the mech tho. I have changed them around just to see what happens. It is an issue. and needs fixing. It has gotten real bad since this last update. Wondering if they need some patch work?

Why don't you just try another mouse with your trackball disconnected and see if the issue persists?

Because i have limited room on my desktop. And i am so accustomed to a trackball. Lol i would probably knock my tower off. I will try it. But its gonna suck. Be nice if i could actully get in a match. been on for the past hour. and not one match. Ok, horrible, but i tried this with my spare mouse. Not a trackball. And no difference. It is still twitch n jive. C helps. But having to hit it while manuvering is a challenge to say the least.

Do you have any gamepads or joysticks connected? Unplug if so.
