what are some good builds for the warhammer 6r?

So Currently I am running it with 2 ppcs, 2 medium lasers, 2 large pulses, and a srm 2 with streak. Ferro armour, double heat sinks. Is there a better build for this chasis?

Swap the Ferro for Endo first off. Remove the SSRM2 and LPLs. Swap the PPC for either SnPPCs or HPPCs. Fill the rest with medium lasers and DHS.

I don't like the way gauss cahrge, also the chasis i am using only has two balistics slot, one on each torso.

Yeah Endo is a must and Ferro is practically useless on IS, maybe for a few Builds it can work, but not many mechs.

Their are severall Builds.

The AC/10 or LBX 10 with 4 Medium Lasers, is probably the most Balanced, good ammo, not very hot, good damage.

The Twin AC/20 is such a brawl buid or switching it for a LBX Variant can also work.

I haven't checked on this one yet but I thinking of a Light PPC x 2, Light Guass x2, build. Or maybe just a Heavy Guass, Heavy PPC Build. Don't know how well it will run.


or you can go Laser Vomit build Triple ER Large, Triple ER Mediums

I forgot the 6R had 2 ballistics slots. You could swap out those Medium lasers from what I sugested to SPLs or ERSLs and add in some HMGs.

i am actually good with the first build you recommanded. Having no balistics is not an issue for me.

If you want to brawl, AC/10's and mediums are superior. The AC/20's are hot and short ranged.

If you're looking at a PPC build, your best bet as of today is Heavy PPCs, matched with a battery of small stuff for folks in your face.
