Fun game, some issues found
I've had a lot of fun playing the game, but I encountered some problems.

First, even with the FPS mode enabled and screenshake disabled, the endgame still lags and slows down a lot after a couple seconds passed. It's a bit weird that the dog suddenly seems to slow down.
Second, the challenges can be impossible to finish. One of the challenges require you to lose all energy within 10 seconds of the start of a run, but if you have a lot of upgrades, that can be impossible to complete. I already had the permanent upgrades unlocked, and I tried rushing to complete each prestige ASAP to see if the next one would kill me fast enough, but I reached endless mode and now the challenge cannot be completed. Maybe change the challenge to something that cannot be prevented if the player has too much energy/defense/regeneration?
Third, the last two achievements seem only there to pad out game time. Reaching 100 000 energy and completing 10 prestiges in Endless mode? It takes hours just farming the stats for those, but at that point you don't have anything else to do. You already have all the upgrades, you just need to restart runs until you gain enough stats then let the game play itself for a while. There's nothing new or interesting at that point, and these are not really achievements, more like an acknowledgement that you grinded your stats for no other reason than to get the achievements...

I understand this is a small game, and I did enjoy it a lot, but the end doesn't really have anything to offer. I'm just grinding for the final achievements, without even really looking or playing the game anymore. Maybe there could be a couple infinite upgrades for Energy, Defense, Attack, Regeneration and Resource drops that could reduce the grinding needed and give some form of tangible progression tracker at the end? Resources really have no purpose after unlocking everything, and that would give something more to do.

For your information, it seems the game only uses a single thread on the CPU to run, which could be why it runs so slowly at some points.

Clicking the "End Run" button drops your energy to zero instantly. Yes, that works for that challenge.

And 10 prestige in endless requires some energy, which You can buy in skin selection screen.
Thanks for the help! Never would have thought that just clicking the End Run button would work. And I remember seeing the energy buy button in the skin screen, but it isn't really where I would look for that kind of upgrade, so I quickly forgot about it.
