RARE Hats...

I have already collected 116 hats, and during this time I have not got a single rare hat!

And I calculated how many boxes you need to open so that you get a RARE hat with a 100% chance.

SO, the chance of falling out is 0.49% or 0.0049 in decimal form, and using a simple equation, I calculated that I only need 940 boxes.

And if you calculate how long it will take about 16.3 days of continuous opening.
However, this assumes that you will open the boxes without interruptions. If you do this only at certain times (for example, 8 hours a day), then the total time will increase. That is, when opening cases for 8 hours a day, it will take about 49 days.

I already have 141 hats with 120 common (41 unique), 19 uncommon (14 unique) and 2 rare (2 unique) in 73.2 hours

yeah i feel you, i tested the "scrapper" yesterday, where you can scrap some of your items to get a new one, this should help tackling that :)
need some more testing and some ui adjustments for that, plan for this to release is with the steam next fest where i plan a big update :)
