If you see the steam error popup this means steam servers had an outage and lost connection, how to fix:

Restart Steam
Restart Bongo Cat
Wait for up to 30min until it works again

The box sometimes shows a pop-up, but when I click on it, there is no response. Neither restarting Steam nor restarting Bongo Cat resolves the issue. How can I fix this bug?
有时箱子显示弹出，但是我点击没有反映。无论是重启steam还是重启bongo cat都无法解决这个问题。请问我如何处理这个bug?

Steam servers have been up for many hours and I'm still experiencing this error, even after trying the steps above.

Edit:
Tried again and this time it works normal again, make sure you leave the bongo cat open for 30 minutes, even if the chest appears to be redeemable already.
And only after the 30 minutes click on the chest.

yes but if the servers shut down let's say with 20min left and you keep it running until the timer hits 0
steam tracked only 10minutes

and if you start it the next day the issue persists

atleast as far as i understand everything, i saw no other way to reconnect to steam except restarting the client

Ahh okay so if that's what the dev was saying then I misunderstood, this worked for me. So restart Steam, restart Bongo Cat, THEN wait 30+ min, then try again. That fixed my issue, thanks!

Steam Error fixed after updating Steam client and letting it run for 30 minutes.
Click on the Steam icon in the top left corner then click Check for Steam Client Updates and update and restart. Once Steam opens again let Bongo Cat run for 30 minutes without clicking the chest icon.

Перестаёт реагировать в играх после первого запуска и установки, нет особого желания переустанавливать его каждый запуск, это тупость, это было к слову и в начале запуска проги... Думал пофиксили уже, а ничего подобного.
