Clicks from nowhere

Hello everyone. Just yesterday I installed Bongo Cat and did not click much and turned off the computer. I turned on my computer today and found that I had 7 thousand clicks that I didn't make. Also, the clicks of Steam achievements do not match the Bono Cat click counter. What does it mean?

Don't know if this is the issue but keep in mind that using your Keyboard also counts as clicks, not just your mouse
