cannot claim the 30 min
if i claim it it will show red cross and i wait 1 min if i click on it it will show red cross again i tried to restart pc but did not work

restarting steam then starting bongo cat and then waiting for up to 30min (no need go click on the chest just wait) should fix it
caused by a steam outage :/ bit annoying sry

Did you have 1000 clicks? It cost that to open the chest.

Having the same issue today. No idea why. And yes, I do have over 1000 clicks available. Every minute reset chest shows up, click and get the big red X.

It helped me to reset the counter and reach 1000 — after that, the chest opened.
