the watcher achievment

is this bugged or am i missing something? ive observed him on top of buildings several times and it hasn't triggered

I'm sorry for the delay in response. Which buildings have you seen him on? Is the issue towards the end of the level?

I see him on the rooftops I assume that's him anyway but I never get the achievement

I just pushed an update to fix the potential issue we may be talking about. I can't reveal the actual issue, at the risk of spoiling it to other players. If you indeed already know how to get the achievement, you should be able to get it now. I hope you understand.

I'm a bit confused about the achievement as well.
I haven't finished the game yet (since I such hard, it seems), but based on what the guide said, I need to look at them to make them disappear and for the next one to appear, but no matter how I looked at the first one, he never disappeared.

Try repositioning and looking again. I will test this today myself and push a QoL update if it feels too inconsistent.
