And if you do not ... did you play the game when the "dots" were implemented?
If you've a team with balanced stats, leaving them at 25/25/25/25 is fine, as you'll have no problem reaching the expected outcome, and even get good reviews on each topic. If, however, you do see one of the topics being a lot lower than the others, then on your next game you should try to even them out accordingly, or just train your staff.
I am talking about the parts before that where you have to decide between Atmosphere and Features for example. All you get is a grey arrow that kinda shows what way to nudge the slider which is extremely vague as there are several settings for each slider.
This is what i am talking about.
You weren't expecting everything just handed to you, were you? Where's the fun in that?
