Buying the Competition?

I see an achievement that mentions buying other developers, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Is this not implemented yet?

It is, you need to buy 100% of their shares.

Where can you buy shares? I'm not seeing this anywhere, and I don't recall it in the tutorial.

Do I still get the monopoly acheivement if I shut down the developers as I buy them out. I now own 75% of all developers and their operating costs are eating nearly all my normal profits and it's making it incrementally harder to buy each new dev. Also, why isn't the AI better? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell I buy them out and then they spend 7 years making a remastered version of a game that only ends up at 54%

I buy em out and make them make games only for my systems

Yeah the problem with that approach skine, is that the AI still sucks, and seems to get even worse once I buy them out. Each one takes 10mil a month to operate and that adds up to serious amounts such that it's impossible for me to make a profit anymore.
