Are there any cheat codes?

I would like to play around with some cheat codes. Maybe start out with a lot of money and create a console at the beginning of the game. Any way to cheat or go into the files and add money or anything like that?

Cheats are not there (except to modify the save game).
But you can get some advantages in the game settings.
