It NEEDS this or else the game will fail. This game isn't called "Bakery Cashier Simulator", it's about the whole cafe. No other game forces it like this.
You can choose not to hire the cashier. The option must exist.
thats right. no one wants to repeatedly restock and serve customers for hours and hours. the joy in games like this is to build and grow the business, not repeat the same task over and over and over.
and no one wants to coop with another person just to keep doing the same thing. especially there are reports that a random player can join in and troll the host. and its beyond me why the heck the dev dont let us do multiple saves for one world. if we screw something we can always revert to previous saves.
the dev needs to take examples from games like Supermarket simulator, where almost all repeated tasks can be automated.
