Some players have reported an issue trying to connect to our servers (message "necessary data rewind wasn't possible"). It appears to be a Unity bug for specific versions of Windows. We are looking into it. Let us know here if you are experiencing it.

I am experiencing this bug and I try to link my account from my ipad and i get the message i try to recover the password and i get the message when i put in my email and when i even try to make a new username using the new player button it still displays the message and i really want to play this game

Ok, i fix problem ("Necessary data rewind wasn't possible" - delete gateway BYTEBIN LLC in (Regedit.exe)).

Regedit.exe -> ctrl+F -> search "Bytebin" -> delete all info in folder Deepworld

I cant even play the game, no matter what i do the game doesnt even load a character. i dont even get an error. it goes to the spinning gear and just spins for hours

yea since the newest update i went from having the "Necessary data rewind wasnt possible" message to the spining gear when i try to log in oe even create i new character

There should be a file called Deepworld_Data/output_log.txt in the game folder, can you check there?
