From what I seen, Terminal Press is gone entirely, either having gone out of business or something. There's no word anywhere that I could find that would indicate what happened.

It's likely licensing issues with the music. Many of these songs are by bands which are not signed under labels which might hold the rights over their songs and whom might have sent C&D letters to the developer as likely the licenses expired and renewing team would be too expensive considering the game is rather niche.
