Keyboard support?

It's unplayable with the sticks.
Also, mouse cursor doesn't even show in options menu

I'm wondering the same thing. This game plays like Beat Hazard and needs a mouse and keyboard to perform the best. Is there any way to use a keyboard and mouse? I can't even press start using the keyboard.

I know that trick but I don't want to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unplug the gameplay everytime I want to play this and having to plug it back.
TBH I'm really disappointed, developers don't give a flying F about the issues, plus the worst "metal" soundtrack ever etc. etc. very sad I can't refund it

Why create a situation like this where the game can't be played? My logitech G13 gets recognized as a gamepad and I have to crawl behind my computer to unplug it. Just accept keyboard and gamepad inputs for the menu then let me choose a damn device.

Chiming in to add that It's disappointing to find there's no option to rebind the keyboard keys.
I can't use wasd, and I don't use a controller, so the omission of rebindable keys is pretty much a showstopper for me. Couldn't these options be at least added to a launcher, seeing as this is Unity?

I swear, one day I hope to learn the story behind why Unity engine seems determined to prevent players from rebinding their keys
