Personally I would do: Mask of Arcadius -> Sunrider Academy -> Liberation Day.
Ultimately you just need to make sure you have played MoA before going into LD, Academy can technically be played without playing either.
Academy is just a 'whats if' scenario where characters from the series went to school together (although it is in the canon that Kayto and Ava were childhood friends in MoA/LD just not that there were other characters there like Chigara and Asaga).
The narrative is its own and does not influence the stories of MoA or LD, there may be the odd reference to the main series but it sits as its own entry rather than a continuation.
