[Fix Pushed] FC 26 Not Launching — Game Launch Resolved!

Hey, folks,

We heard you loud and clear: Some of you have been unable to launch EA Sports FC 26 or have encountered one of the following: The game crashes right after the splash screen, returns to the EA App, or just does not launch at all. We know how frustrating that can be.

Good news: Our dev team has pushed a fix that specifically targets these launch/crash issues — so players should now be able to launch the game and log in.

What we found & what we fixed:

A conflict in certain system setups, where the game was failing to pass startup integrity checks.
A problem where required Microsoft Visual C++ components (both x64 and x86) weren’t being correctly recognized after recent updates.
Ensured better compatibility with graphics drivers and Windows versions that were causing crashes just after the splash screen.

I installed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 reboot pc and it works for me now

Anyone else experiencing black screen crashes?

The screen goes completely black as the GPU drivers have crashed and you have to forcible restart your PC. Anyone got a fix?

I get the same but not blackscreen, everything just freezes... Tried everything ive seen, nothing works. More people have this problem.

download these Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads. I downloaded X64 and X86, rebooted system, and my game launched.

WE ARE GONNA ADVANCE TO 23 HOURS AND NOT EVEN A STATEMENT OF BE AWARE THAT MANY OF US PAID FOR THE ULTIMATE VERSION AND WE CANNOT PLAY, DESPITE TRYING EVERYTHING WHEN I SAY EVERYTHING I MEAN IT I TRIED ALL
