The game won’t launch.

When launching the game, it constantly displays the EA App installation script, then the anti‑cheat installation, then a “Launch game in EA App” window appears for 15–20 seconds, followed by a file verification process. Please help.

I’ve already tried everything — from reinstalling the EA App and the anti‑cheat to reinstalling the game — but nothing helps. I bought the game yesterday and really want to play, but instead of enjoying the game, I’ve already spent 8 hours trying to fix this issue.

Please try clearing the cache following this guide and make sure your EA and Steam accounts are linked.


If the above doesn't work, please also try to configure a new admin account on the PC[support.microsoft.com], reinstall the EA app, the EA Javelin anticheat, and the game, then try again. Please also try configuring a new account that's not admin, too.

It might help to close all other background applications, and overlays; another app or service might be causing interference somehow.

Please try following this guide to configure Secure Boot on your PC, then perform a clean or safe boot.

If you keep getting stuck at a file verification screen after launching the game, try reinstalling it once more, if possible, in a different directory on your PC.

Does the same issue persist if you try to launch the game through Steam and through the EA app?

Did you make sure to disable all background apps, including Steam and EA app overlays? Sometimes they are involved.

If it persists, please share a photo of the error message or the installation prompt you get stuck at; it might help us figure out more about what's causing this.

confirmem na bios de voces se estao com o secure boot ativado, e mesmo se estiverem, vao nas opcoes para gerar novas keys, reiniciem o pc e tentem abrir novamente

se isso nao funcionar, o anticheat tambem implica com softwares de monitoramente tipo o rivatuner, o da nvidia, o da amd, etc
