How to power Facilities?

Okay. So i got to generator room. Have the power running, but i don't have any opportunity to power facilities to do anythin for me. Whenever i come close it just says that the facility is not powered but i cannot put the battery in nor can i power it from generator menu... How the hell can facilities be used?

You need to go to the Power Control room. The large, central console will allow you to adjust the power distribution as needed.

Been there... I dont see how to actually make the power flow to where it is needed :/

select the distric there is a small power symbol to the left side about the middle of the interface, click it to power or unpower a district.

Got it now... thought that districts next to the central station was a different stations... Thanks.

Also be sure that the reactor can handle it before doing so
