Hello, If you are experiencing one of the following cases, please refer to the corresponding recovery instructions below:

1. Mac users affected by the “Overload Protection Interval” feature introduced in the v1.1 update on Wednesday

[Issue]
When the Overload Protection Interval feature (triggered after 4+ hours of inactivity) activates, the camera becomes locked on the outdoor area and cannot be moved. Other in-game interactions also become unavailable.

[Recovery Instructions]
Please compress the AnimalSpa folder from the path below and send it to [e-mail]. We will recover your save data and send it back to you.

/Users/(UserName)/Library/Application Support/SinkHoleStudio/AnimalSpa

2. Users who launched the game with version 1.1b between 2:07 PM and 2:15 PM KST on May 23

[Issue]
Regardless of which save is loaded, only the first floor appears. Once this occurs, lost progress cannot be accessed again from the user side.

[Recovery Instructions]
If you encounter this issue, please do not repeatedly load the save or leave the game running for long periods, as it may overwrite backup data.
Instead, compress the AnimalSpa folder and send it to [e-mail].

2. 于 5 月 23 日北京时间下午 1:07 至 1:15 之间启动过 v1.1b 的玩家
【问题】
无论加载哪个存档，只会显示第一层楼。此时，用户侧将无法再次访问原有的游戏进度。

【处理方式】
请注意：发现问题后不要频繁加载存档或长时间挂着不动，这样可能会覆盖掉备份文件。
请将以下路径中的 AnimalSpa 文件夹压缩后发送至 [e-mail]。

1. 수요일에 진행한 v1.1 업데이트 후 '과부하 방지 기능(Overload Protection Interval)'이 작동된 Mac 유저

[현상]
해당 기능은 4시간 이상 아무 조작이 없을 경우 작동되며, 작동되면 카메라가 야외로 고정되어 움직이지 않으며, 다른 조작도 불가능해집니다.

[관련 조치]
아래 경로에서 'AnimalSpa' 폴더를 압축해 [e-mail]으로 보내주시면 데이터를 복구해 다시 보내드리겠습니다.

2. KST 기준 5월 23일 오후 2시 07분 ~ 2시 15분 사이에 v1.1b로 업데이트한 뒤 게임을 실행한 유저

[현상]
어떤 세이브 파일을 로드해도 1층만 표시되며,
이후 유저 측에서는 유실된 플레이 데이터를 다시 불러올 수 없게 됩니다.

관련 현상을 발견하시면 데이터를 반복해서 로드하거나 오랜 시간 틀어놓지 마시고, 아래 경로에서 'AnimalSpa' 폴더를 압축해 [e-mail]으로 보내주시면 데이터를 복구해 다시 보내드리겠습니다.
