My favorite thing is when games like Crystalis would say "1997, October 1: The END DAY". 1997...how futuristic! 2010 just sounds like a really great year to be the future.

Well, to be fair, Crystalis was released a decade before their projected 'end day'. At the time of release, it WAS the future. Sadly, time marches on.
