Changing language = dowload the whole game again?!

Since I installed Steam on my computer, the default language was english, and I always been lazy to change it.

Now, I downloaded NTW, and tried to change the language to Spanish, because it's more easy for me to pay attention to dialog in the middle of a battle in my native language. I go to properties in the game, select Spanish, and a Download starts, downloading something that weighs about 600 mb. I guess it was the language pack.. but no, in the middle of the download, everything stops and a new download starts... and it's dowloading the full game again. 23 GB.

I changed the language back to english, and the dowload jumped from 0% to 96%, it's almost there.

So, Is there a way to change the language without dowloading the whole game again?

But when I change the language, a whole new dowload starts..

once the game finishes try changing it from the game properties menu or the main screen . usually they have a button there.

Problem solved, it was an error in the numbers that appeared. It took 10 minutos to download the language pack.
