Is there any way to remove all files of napoleon total war from your computer? Then reinstall
Me and my friend got the orient mod a few moths ago and i got rid of it. My friend broke his. Strangley he can do all singleplayer on vanilla but he cant play multiplayer because it is incompatable. I have tried to remove all orient files and still has not helped. I reinstalled the game but it still is incombatable. So i ask someone is there anyway to remove napoleon entirely then download it again off of steam?

First of all, it is necessary you reinstall the complete game on your computer, then you have to use a disinstallation program ( there are some good and free, I suggest you Iobit uninstaller; you can download it from www.iobit.com › Products or from softonic site ). Follow the instruction and it removes all files of any program you desire ( in this case Napoleon TW ), then reinstall it. Remember if you have a steam version of the game, it is not possible to install it out of steam account, even if you can choose a different folder than that of steam.
I hope it will resolve your problem.

Actually, he doesn't need to do any of this. He just needs to right click on NTW on his steam library, local files, browse local files, and delete everything within NTW folder, and do a reinstall via steam.

I know it is the fastest and easest way, but, in my experience ( not only on Steam ), I have learnt that some files remain ( normally in the register ). Using the other system, you are sure that everything is correctly removed.

Yeah I had a similar problem to the op. I tried deleting everything in the NTW folder then verifying through steam but that didn't work. IObit worked a treat and found the mod and just un-installed that and I didn't have to reinstall NTW thanks man
