Hosts game differs from yours
I havent played ntw for a while, but my friend bought it so I wanted to play online with him.
The problem is that I cant, beacuse i apparently have another version of the game...
I did some research and found out that I had to delete my mods, which I did, but it still doesent work. I have also tried to reinstall the game - it didnt work either. Also when I start up the game I noticed that the sound doesnt work, has it anything to do with that???

This should work!
AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Napoleon/scripts. Then delete everything in their except the preferences script.

When I type in Apppdata 3 folders come up, in each of theese folders there is another folder called "Local" and not "Roaming", what should I do there?

Make sure that you go into the right LocalDisk if you have a few.
Computer/LocalDisk/User/YourName/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Napoleon/scripts

Sorry for being a bit ignorant (Im very stupid with computers)... But when I reach AppData the folder "local" still comes up, and when I click on "local" theese 4 folders pop up: "Chromatic browser", "Comodo", "Google" and "Torch"... Im a bit confused :/

Thank you brother this worked. I had the same problem. The problem is that if you uninstall and then install the game a few patches later there can be files left in the old folder and screw up the multiplayer connection. Once you do this up here, make sure you reload the game.
