I recently bought Napoleon - Total War Limited Edition from Amazon.com and from the seller Aeden Stclair Books.
The seller sayed "Used, Guaranteed to play."

I tried to install it but it says "Duplicate CD key"
What do I do to run it?

You cant, the guy who sold it already used the cd-key. You have been scammed. Never buy used steam games.
