Then in C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts
you will find the text file (if not you must create it yourself) user.script.txt. Open the file and at the top add the line: mod the_name_of_the_mod_you_want_to_add.
For example for the "Regiment_Artillery_Piece", the second on the link you wrote, you must add the line: mod Regiment_Artillery_Piece.pack.
Save, exit.
Copy the mod file you have downloaded (and unzipped) in Napoleon/data folder
(example C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Napoleon Total War\data)
