Darthmod Nepoleon - Creating 40 Unit Save Game Campaigns ?

Darthmod lets you play with 40 unit armies, but only using pre-created save games, and those saves are on medium campaign difficulty.

I want to find a way to edit/create my own 40 unit save games that are on Hard campaign difficulty.

Do any of you know how to do this ?

I believe he went to make his own game. He didn't get invited to the missing summit by creative assembly when rome 2 was around I believe. So he rage quitters and decided to never make mods for their games again.
