4K Resolution Problem.
Hello. I try to play NTW and first because i play the games 4K and the letters are to small for NTW and the peninsular campaign that i care the most but when i try to change the resolution to 2K or 1080P so i can play the game with bigger and proper letters and more the game stuck in the options menu and i have to use the Task Manager to turn the game of.! So i can't play the game anymore.! My Rig is an 1080TI 11GB, I/7 8700K 3.6 6 cores and 16 GB DDR4 2600 and again i play the games 4K with a monitor. I have newest drivers GPU/Motherboard and sound Win10x64.! So is there a help or a workaround or something so i could play the game.?? Thanks in advance guys.??

If you know where to find the preference file for Napoleon, then try going into it and manually entering the resolution (3rd and 4th line down) then save and launch. I used to have problems with resolution but I solved all that with a new monitor, when I reinstalled Napoleon it auto set the resolution in the preference file, so it's strange yours is not changing it automatically if you are making the changes in the Napoleon menu settings. The only reason I think it wouldn't do it automatically is if you have set the scripts to read only or changed the first line in preferences to "false" (write preferneces on exit). Anyway give that a bash, hope it fixes your issue.

I'll try and decipher your last post lol (I take it English is not your mother tongue, no disrespect intended).
NTW3 is a really nice mod, I could go on for paragraph after paragraph about it's plus points, but the last paragraph would be the negative points and are the ones that have stopped me playing it.

If you have had issues installing it then this video may help you out :-

If you want to uninstall the mod it's best to follow these steps. Go to the steam library on your installation drive and delete the Napoleon folder in full. Then go to the cdrive and delete the Napoleon folder in user/appdata/roaming/thecreativeassembly - (the path to it) and remove the NTW3 shortcut. Now go to steam and uninstall Napoleon and then reinstall. You now have a clean vanilla version of the game.

I have a mod installed now called LME4, another fabulous mod and I have rarely had any issues with it. If you need any further help, just shout.
