Mod for the PC ? I don't follow you ? Do you mean mod for the game ?
I'll try and decipher your last post lol (I take it English is not your mother tongue, no disrespect intended).
NTW3 is a really nice mod, I could go on for paragraph after paragraph about it's plus points, but the last paragraph would be the negative points and are the ones that have stopped me playing it.
If you have had issues installing it then this video may help you out :-

If you want to uninstall the mod it's best to follow these steps. Go to the steam library on your installation drive and delete the Napoleon folder in full. Then go to the cdrive and delete the Napoleon folder in user/appdata/roaming/thecreativeassembly - (the path to it) and remove the NTW3 shortcut. Now go to steam and uninstall Napoleon and then reinstall. You now have a clean vanilla version of the game.
I have a mod installed now called LME4, another fabulous mod and I have rarely had any issues with it. If you need any further help, just shout.
PS: Sorry for my not so good English i tried my best.!
