Napoleon Toal War graphics stuck on medium

Hey, I just recently got napoleon total war and I started the Italy campaign. I went into a battle and everything looked pretty poor so I went to my graphics options and it only shows low and medium. I'm currently using an iMac 2017 21.5 inch and I'm able to run Rome II on high graphics. I'd apperciate any help I can get. I'm Windows 10 also.

yeah I've checked them and still nothing only gives me low and medium.

I dont have the script preferences in the folder it indictes, only user script. Please help

Nevermind, I fiddled with the nvidia control screen and rt works like a charm. Sorry for the hassle.

What settings did you fiddle with? I'm having the same problem
