Darthmod- can't increase unit size

So I've just reinstalled the game after having my HD die, and found the darthmod launcher looks a lot different to how it did when I last installed it. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the 2x unit size to work and the 40 unit armies.

I've enabled the relevent options on the launcher but the most I can get is 180 man units. I've looked at various help topics online and found that I should set to small unit size to get the darthmod to effectively double the unit sizes, however I'm finding this just gives me 45 man infantry units.

Very frustrating. I've spent a couple hours this evening trying different things to get darthmod back to how I had it before. Any advice appreciated.

It's probably your preference file settings need adjusting, if you scroll down the list you'll see a line to change the unit size

gfx_unit_scale 3; # gfx_unit_scale <int>, Set unit scale. 0 - lowest, 3 - ultra #

Once done, save the change and don't then go into the Napoleon vanilla graphic settings. Hope that helps.
