As in you want it next to your other games in steam?

If so,

1. Launch Steam.
2. Click "Add a (Non-Steam) Game" in the lower left corner of your Steam window.
3. Check the little box next to NTW3's name in the programs list.
4. Click "Add Selected Programs".
5. Launch NTW3 through steam or through your desktop shortcut.

Yeah Bro, thanks, but now I have found a better way, that's edit the launch set with: --feature.mod=mod/NTW:steamhappy:
