Great War mod, French gentlemen speak Spanish

I noticed that and tried a number of different factions and they all work just fine. With France, spies, armies, and so on all speak French. The only character type on the campaign map I seem to notice any problem with is the French gentlemen agent speaking Spanish. I checked a campaign walkthrough on YouTube and they speak French, so something must be wrong with my mod specifically.

Any thought?

Eh, at least it works when you install it.

It should work for anyone if you use the tutorial that came out in the last year or two, although the guy in the video is hard to understand at times.
